Preparing students for Middle & Senior School and beyond.
The move into Middle & Senior School is one of the most important stages in your child’s education – and one that deserves careful consideration.
Join us for our Middle & Senior School Subject Expo & Tour and see how NCC prepares students for opportunity, and for life beyond school.
Beginning at 4.15pm with afternoon tea, this event offers a relaxed and informative introduction to middle & senior schooling at NCC.
During your visit, you will:
- Enjoy student performances and displays of learning across subjects
- Take a guided tour of our campus and facilities
- Explore our Subject Expo and speak directly with Heads of Departments
- Learn about the structure of our Middle and Senior Schools
- Gain insight into academic and vocational pathways
A Middle School designed for a distinct developmental phase
NCC’s Middle School is designed specifically for Years 7–9, recognising that young adolescents learn and develop differently — socially, emotionally and academically.
At NCC, Middle students benefit from:
- Specialist teachers who understand and connect with this age group
- Strong pastoral care supporting wellbeing, change and confidence
- 20 subjects and onsite facilities, including our own farm, helping 12-14 year olds discover their strengths and interests
Pathways that create opportunity
As students move into Senior School, the focus shifts toward preparing for life beyond NCC, with real choice and flexibility. At NCC, this includes:
- Academic and ATAR pathways for university entry
- Vocational pathways supported by industry-standard facilities, including our hospitality complex
- Practical learning experiences, including agriculture and our working farm
- Access to a dedicated Careers Portal and personalised guidance
- A senior environment that fosters independence, responsibility and future focus
Learning that prepares students for life
Across both Middle and Senior Schools, students have access to facilities and experiences that bring learning to life. Performing arts, sport, agriculture, hospitality, outdoor education and international service trips help students develop character and confidence, build their strengths, and map out their future more clearly.
This is an opportunity to gain clarity on your child’s future, ask questions and see firsthand how NCC supports students through these important years.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Middle & Senior School Subject Expo & Tour on Tuesday 21 July at 4.15pm.
