We are seeking dedicated and flexible Junior School Teacher Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. Designed to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality education and care, primarily during periods of staff absence or increased workload, as a casual position, it does not offer a fixed schedule or guaranteed hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Preparing and organising teaching materials.

We are seeking an experienced and caring Teacher Assistant for our Learning Enrichment Department in our High School to commence Term 1, 2026. About the role:
This vital role supports students with diverse learning needs across Years 7-12. The role involves working one-on-one and in small groups with students.
Working primarily within mainstream classrooms following a flexible daily timetable, providing targeted support across all subject areas, collaborating closely with classroom teachers and Learning Enrichment specialists. The role extends beyond the classroom to include supervision during breaks, support on excursions and sports events, and assistance in specialized learning environments including practical subjects like Hospitality and ITE.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys while contributing to an inclusive learning environment. Responsible for maintaining accurate student records for NCCD purposes and supporting the tranquil, supportive atmosphere of our Learning Enrichment Department.

NCC Early Swimmers is a dynamic, fun and option filled program running from Nambour Christian College’s Learn to swim facility. We offer learn to swim lessons for all ages for both the community and our private school-based programs. NCC Early Swimmers is looking for a staff member who is motivated, flexible, energetic and goal orientated to join our growing team.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Woombye, our pool is well-equipped and heated year-round. We plan to grow and develop a progressive learn-to-swim program for all ages in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.
This role will operate independently with the requirement to develop lesson plans, deliver lessons and set-up and pack-down all equipment to ensure the pool remains safe before, during and after classes.
Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this position, you must have a passion for swim teaching, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be patient, have a natural focus on details and be reliable. You will be able to instil confidence in participants and be prepared to do more than just instruct and with your passion for swim teaching, you will be excited to assist in growing the service.
