NCC Swimmers

We are seeking a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor, flexible working arrangements, commencing April 26.

If you have flexibility to teach swimming classes Monday to Friday, then this role will suit you.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Swim Australia / AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Babies/Infants and Toddlers qualification

Are you a passionate and experienced teacher, specialising in teaching primary school students? We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and capable High School French Teacher, with the ability to teach Senior French, to join our teaching team and inspire students to enjoy language learning, appreciate other cultures and communicate with growing confidence.

This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time employment depending on the successful applicant’s experience and capacity to teach in other subject areas.

School Cafe Kitchen Attendant - Casual

School Cafe Kitchen Attendant – Casual

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and preparing fresh, healthy food in a vibrant school environment? About the role:

We are seeking a friendly, organised and service-oriented School Cafe Kitchen Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, providing support across both of the College’s cafe locations. Working closely with the Catering Manager, this role assists in maintaining a high-quality, healthy food selection while ensuring excellent customer service for students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include food preparation, coffee making, serving customers, stocking displays and refrigerators, maintaining cleanliness standards, receiving and storing deliveries, and contributing to a welcoming cafe environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping ensure both cafes operate efficiently while meeting food safety, workplace health and safety, and customer service standards.

This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to different work settings, collaborate effectively within a team, and take pride in supporting the broader College community.

Teacher Assistant – Learning Enrichment Senior School

About the Role

We are seeking a caring, capable and highly organised Teacher Assistant – Learning Enrichment, to commence in 2027, to support students across our Middle and Senior Schools.

This role provides practical learning support for students with diagnosed disabilities and diverse learning needs, including assistance with literacy, numeracy, subject-specific tasks, classroom participation, excursions, breaks and Learning Enrichment programs.

Reporting to the Head of Learning Enrichment – Middle and Senior School, the Teacher Assistant LE works collaboratively with Learning Enrichment Teachers, classroom teachers, students and other Teacher Assistants to support differentiated teaching strategies and positive student engagement.

This position will suit someone who is patient, flexible and relational, with the ability to build respectful connections with students while maintaining professional boundaries and working within school protocols.

We are seeking a capable, organised and relational Middle and Senior School Sport Coordinator to support the Director of Sport in the organisation, coordination and ongoing development of sport across our Middle and Senior Schools, with a start date of 2027.

This role contributes to the successful delivery of Middle and Senior School Sport programs, carnivals, competitions and afterschool sport opportunities, while strengthening student participation, supporting staff and coaches, maintaining effective communication and promoting a positive sporting culture.

Reporting to the Director of Sport and working closely with the Heads of Middle and Senior School, this position will suit a registered teacher who brings strong organisational skills, sound professional judgement and a genuine commitment to helping students participate, grow and flourish through sport.

You are a confident and collaborative educator with a passion for sport, student wellbeing and positive participation. Careers and Pathways Coordinator

We are seeking a knowledgeable, relational and highly organised Careers and Pathways Coordinator, who is a registered teacher in Queensland, to lead the College’s careers education and pathway planning program.

This role provides students with practical guidance, resources and opportunities to make informed decisions about subject selection, further education, vocational training, apprenticeships, traineeships and employment pathways.

Reporting to the Head of Senior School, the Careers and Pathways Coordinator works collaboratively with College leaders, teaching staff, students, parents, tertiary institutions, employers, industry representatives and external providers. As classroom teaching forms part of the role, the position will also be accountable to the relevant Head of Department and Heads of School.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven International Student Administration Coordinator to support the effective administration and operational delivery across the College’s international student programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating complex logistics and delivering work to a high professional standard.

Reporting to the Director of International Development and Partnerships and working closely with the Director of International Education, this full-time role is responsible for coordinating international student enrolments, compliance administration, homestay arrangements, student logistics, program operations, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The position plays an important role in supporting the successful delivery of the College’s international student programs through strong organisation, accurate record management and effective coordination, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including CRICOS, PRISMS and ESOS frameworks.

This role will suit someone who is adaptable, responsive and confident balancing administration, compliance, relationship management and student support. You will be able to plan ahead, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and keep students, families, staff and external stakeholders informed, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This position requires flexibility to support the operational needs of the College’s international programs. While the role is primarily performed during standard business hours, hours of work may vary and can include evenings, weekends, attendance at College and international program events, airport transfers, and occasional overnight travel in support of student programs, study tours and relevant engagement activities.

About You

You are a proactive, highly organised and adaptable professional with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for supporting students from diverse cultural backgrounds. You take pride in creating efficient systems, maintaining accurate records, coordinating complex activities and ensuring nothing is overlooked.

You will bring:

  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record keeping, compliance documentation and reporting.
  • The ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • High-level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working with databases, student management systems, CRM platforms or records management systems.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently.
  • The ability to respond to direction, follow established processes and exercise sound judgement when managing changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgement.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and stakeholder support.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics, events, travel arrangements or complex administrative processes from planning through to completion.

Highly regarded:

  • Experience in international education administration.
  • Knowledge of CRICOS, PRISMS, ESOS and visa compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Proficiency in a language other than English (for example, Mandarin).
  • Relevant qualifications in Administration, Business, Education Administration or a related field will be highly regarded but are not essential.
