About the role:
This is a dynamic and technically diverse role within the Nambour Christian College Education Group, responsible for supporting, implementing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure across multiple campuses. The role works closely with the Head of IT to enhance service delivery, develop robust systems and processes, and ensure the security and efficiency of our network and server environments.
From managing Microsoft Active Directory and Hyper-V clusters to supporting cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Intune, this role offers the opportunity to lead Level 3 support, contribute to strategic planning, and travel to remote campuses including Gulf Christian College and NCC Early Learners.
You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of documentation, security compliance, and infrastructure performance across the group.
The Systems Administrator role is a Full-Time, Permanent position.
About You:
You are an experienced, proactive, and solutions-focused IT professional with deep technical expertise in server infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments. You bring at least five years of experience in a similar role or demonstrated experience in a senior position. You thrive in collaborative settings, enjoy mentoring others, and are confident providing escalated support and technical direction.
Your experience spans Microsoft technologies, virtualisation, scripting, and data manipulation, and you are comfortable managing complex systems and troubleshooting issues with precision. You value documentation, process improvement, and continuous learning. Willingness to travel and support remote campuses is essential, as is your commitment to upholding the values and mission of the NCC Education Group.

NCC Early Swimmers is a dynamic, fun and option filled program running from Nambour Christian College’s Learn to swim facility. We offer learn to swim lessons for all ages for both the community and our private school-based programs. NCC Early Swimmers is looking for a staff member who is motivated, flexible, energetic and goal orientated to join our growing team.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Woombye, our pool is well-equipped and heated year-round. We plan to grow and develop a progressive learn-to-swim program for all ages in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.
This role will operate independently with the requirement to develop lesson plans, deliver lessons and set-up and pack-down all equipment to ensure the pool remains safe before, during and after classes.
Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this position, you must have a passion for swim teaching, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be patient, have a natural focus on details and be reliable. You will be able to instil confidence in participants and be prepared to do more than just instruct and with your passion for swim teaching, you will be excited to assist in growing the service.
The successful applicant will be able to work flexible hours, commit to set class times and have the following qualifications:
- Relevant Swim Australia Teacher of Babies and Toddlers qualification and/or relevant Swim Australia Teacher qualification
- Current Working With Children Check
