Our employment agreement with staff has six major priorities that are considered essential to the maintenance and preservation of the unique qualities, style and values of the College. These are:

Junior School Teacher Assistant/Medical Assistance
Are you looking for a diverse and rewarding role supporting students and teachers in our Junior School? Join a caring school community where you will make a genuine difference every day, stepping into a position that blends meaningful student support with hands‑on classroom involvement.
About the role
This position offers a rewarding mix of medical supervision and classroom support. A key part of the role is providing medical care to students in line with their individual care plans, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with caregivers, teachers, and support staff. When not providing medical support, you will assist with preparing classroom resources such as laminating, photocopying, and sourcing teaching materials. You will also support teachers in the classroom by helping prepare lessons and learning activities, organising materials, maintaining a positive and tidy learning environment, and carrying out general duties as needed.
The position is a term time only position, 25 hours per week (9:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday) with an immediate start date, fixed term contract until 4 December 2026. Bus Driver
Are you a safe and reliable driver who’s ready to make a daily difference in the lives of students and families?
About the role:
As a College Bus Driver at NCC, you play a vital role in ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of students. Your primary responsibility is to safely operate NCC owned and managed buses during scheduled morning and afternoon runs, with additional duties as required for excursions and off-campus activities.
This role demands a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and care.
A key aspect of the role includes timely and courteous communication with parents and caregivers, fostering trust and transparency. You will also collaborate effectively with College staff to ensure smooth coordination of transport logistics.
We are open to application from candidates seeking permanent Part-time hours (4 hours per day, 5 days per week) or Casual hours of work.
About You:
You are a dependable, professional individual who takes pride in ensuring student safety and wellbeing. You remain calm under pressure, show meticulous attention to detail, and uphold the highest standards of conduct.
As a confident, responsible driver, you possess a exceptional understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance. You excel at building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through respectful and proactive communication.
