The People and Culture Officer will provide effective administrative support to our Head of People and Culture. This integral position will be important in supporting our Christ-centred, missional workplace culture. Payroll Support Officer

A key member of the payroll team, the Payroll Support Officer will provide essential assistance and contribute to the efficient functioning of the payroll process. Junior School Teacher Assistant/Medical Assistance

About the role
This position offers a rewarding mix of medical supervision and classroom support. About the role:
The Administration Assistant – Middle and Senior Schools (Relief Coordinator) is responsible for managing daily relief coverage for absent Teachers, including both planned and unplanned absences such as camps, professional development, and exams. The primary focus of this role is to help maintain continuity in learning and operations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and communicating relief schedules, liaising with relief staff, ensuring lesson plans are in place, and overseeing the relief teacher pool and compliance documentation. You will also support workforce planning, assist with start-of-year preparations and timetable coordination, contribute to the administration team, support staff events, and maintain accurate records using systems such as ConnX, Edval Daily, and TASS.
This is a Permanent, Part-time, Term-time position, working Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm (27.5 hours per week).

These above roles are full-time positions and will commence in Term 2 or 3, 2025 and be intrinsic members of our College.

Casual Qualified Learn to Swim Instructor
NCC Swimmers is a dynamic, fun and option filled program running from Nambour Christian College’s Learn to swim facility. We offer learn to swim lessons for all ages for both the community and our private school-based programs. NCC Early Swimmers is looking for a staff member who is motivated, flexible, energetic and goal orientated to join our growing team.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Woombye, our pool is well-equipped and heated year-round. We plan to grow and develop a progressive learn-to-swim program for all ages in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.
