About the Role
This Permanent Part-Time (15.2 Hours per week) Administration Assistant – Admissions role is pivotal in supporting the Registrar by helping manage the enrolment journey for prospective NCC families. This position serves as a key point of contact, guiding families from their initial enquiry through to student commencement. The role includes conducting campus tours, assisting with enrolment events, and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all, showcasing the Colleges Christian values and culture.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, utilising Funnel to manage and track enquiries, scheduling enrolment interviews, and ensuring all digital records are up to date.
Effective, professional and thoughtful communication is central to the role. The Administration Assistant – Admissions responds to enquiries, providing clear and timely information about enrolment procedures, and will contribute to the College’s broader communication strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role works closely with the Registrar and collaborates with staff, students, and families across the College community.
About You
We are seeking someone with strong organisation and time-management skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency with digital platforms. Outstanding communication skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across departments and with Senior staff. A proactive, flexible approach to changing priorities is highly valued.
Most importantly, you will have a personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ with the ability to translate this into daily practice. You should demonstrate integrity, tolerance, and compassion while being committed to our College mission and ethos. A willingness to engage in professional development are essential.

About the role:
This role is a Casual position for someone with experience in food preparation in a commercial environment. Helping prepare and serve food and beverages in our College Cafés, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas, stocking display cabinets and receiving and storing deliveries are all part of this important role.
Fostering a friendly, welcoming environment for students and staff is a key responsibility of all our Café staff.

We are currently seeking a competent driver who is people focussed, reliable and suitably qualified to join our outstanding team of Bus Drivers.
About the role:
You are required to safely and responsibly transport NCC students , on NCC owned and operated buses primarily during scheduled morning and/or afternoon bus runs. On occasion, fulfil additional duties for College excursions and off campus activities. A vital part of the role is to also ensure professional and timely communication with parents, and to provide a safe, supportive caring environment for students.

NCC Early Swimmers is a dynamic, fun and option filled program running from Nambour Christian College’s Learn to swim facility. We offer learn to swim lessons for all ages for both the community and our private school-based programs. NCC Early Swimmers is looking for a staff member who is motivated, flexible, energetic and goal orientated to join our growing team.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Woombye, our pool is well-equipped and heated year-round. We plan to grow and develop a progressive learn-to-swim program for all ages in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.
This role will operate independently with the requirement to develop lesson plans, deliver lessons and set-up and pack-down all equipment to ensure the pool remains safe before, during and after classes.
Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this position, you must have a passion for swim teaching, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be patient, have a natural focus on details and be reliable. You will be able to instil confidence in participants and be prepared to do more than just instruct and with your passion for swim teaching, you will be excited to assist in growing the service.
