
Everything you need to know about our fees
At Nambour Christian College, we are dedicated to offering students with every opportunity to excel. We are proud of our reputation for excellence and remain committed to maintaining a school that is accessible to the community. Through sibling discounts and competitive fees, we are one of the Sunshine Coast’s most affordable private schools.
A Registration Fee of $100 per family must be paid when you submit your application. This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee a position at the College.
To secure your child’s place at NCC, a Confirmation Fee of $250 must be paid within 21 days of receiving an offer. This fee is applicable for each child you wish to enrol and is capped at $500 per family. It is non-refundable and includes lifetime membership of the Nambour Christian College Past Students Association (NCCPSA).
If your child is a student at NCC early learners, you will not be required to pay the $250 confirmation fee.
Our Tuition Fees include levies for sport, excursions, technology, tutoring programs and a portion of outdoor education camp costs.

Sibling discounts
Sibling discounts are available to families within the NCC community. These apply to the Tuition Fees for each student’s year level
Second child – 9.5% discount
Third child – 28.5% discount
Levies and contributions
Capital Levy – $125 per family per term
* In lieu of paying the Working Bee Levy, parents may work voluntary hours for the College.
Payment guidelines
- Tuition Fees and levies are billed each term. Your fees are due by the first day of term, unless a payment arrangement is in place with the Business Office.
- A 3% discount applies to the tuition component of fees if payment for the whole year is made in full by the first day of term 1. This discount does not apply. for concessional/discounted fees or credit card payments.
- Student accident insurance is included in Tuition Fees.

Bus fees

Uniforms
New and good quality second hand uniforms may be purchased from the College Uniform Shop, open every Tuesday during term time and additional times during December and January, please download the Uniform Price List 2020.
Outdoor Education Camps
Junior School camps are not included in your Tuition Fees, but a portion of camp fees for Middle and Secondary School are. Each year, the costs for camps vary depending on the venue and activities available. The following contributions are payable before each camp and you will be given advanced notice of dates and final costs.
Performance & Instrumental Music Program
NCC provides a broad range of music tuition opportunities. If your child wishes to learn an instrument, the fees for this will be billed together with your Tuition Fees each term. Year 4 students are required to participate in a compulsory Instrumental Music Program and a fee of $159 per student per term is charged for instrument hire and tuition.
After School Care and Holiday Club
NCC has After School Care and Holiday Club programs to provide care for students from Prep to Year 6.
